Loyalty Rewards Program

We are proud to announce our Loyalty Rewards Program.

Rx Catering values your customer loyalty and would like to reward you for your continued business.

There are many ways to earn Loyalty Rewards points;

  1. A percentage of every dollar spent with Rx Catering will earn Loyalty Rewards Points.
  2. Referrals are a great and easy way to earn Loyalty Rewards Points. If you refer a new client and they book an event, you will receive an additional 1,250 points.
  3. If you place six (6) or more orders a month you will receive an additional 1,000 points.
  4. The first time you book our NEW chocolate fountain, you will receive 500 points.
  5. You may redeem 5,000 points for a credit of $50.00 towards your next catering event.
Redemption Levels:
  1. You may redeem 5,000 points for a credit of $50.00 towards your next catering event.
  2. You may donate your rewards to a local charity of your choice or you may choose one from our Charity List.

If you are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program but are allowed to receive a "Thank you" gift, you may enroll in our Gift Card Program. Gift Card Program enrollment form.

You may redeem your points when you reach any of the above levels, or you may choose to save your points to redeem at a later time.

Notification of Loyalty Reward Points:

A monthly email will be sent to notify you of your current point standing. If at any time you wish to discontinue your participation in our Loyalty Rewards Program, please send an email to rewards@rxcateringco.com and your name will be removed.

Neady to Redeem?

When you are ready to redeem, send us an email at rewards@rxcateringco.com notifying us which level you wish to redeem your Loyalty Rewards Points for. A confirmation email will be sent issuing you a “redemption code”. Once you receive this code, click on the code and you will be directed to Incentive Logic. Here, you will be able to redeem your selected item(s).
