Memphis BBQ Sandwiches*

Make your own mini sandwiches with slow-roasted, pulled barbecue chicken and pork. Served with fresh baked and sliced rolls, baked beans, corn “off the cob” and the best slaw you’ve ever tasted.

Grilled Chicken and Wild Rice*

Italian glazed and grilled chicken tenders with wild rice. Served with grilled flatbread, tossed salad with ranch and Italian dressings. Add hummus with pita wedges for $1.45 per person.

Gyro Bar*

Julienne Greek seasoned chicken strips and traditional lamb and beef gyro meat for a “make-your-own” gyro bar. Served with hot rolled pita bread, rice pilaf, fresh made Tzatziki (cucumber) sauce, shredded lettuce and tomato. Finished with a Lebanese salad tossed with our uniquely seasoned oil & vinegar dressing. Add hummus with pita wedges for $1.45 per person.

Pasta Primavera

Penne Pasta with sautéed springtime vegetables in a light cream sauce. Served with our fresh baked rolls and butter, tossed salad with choice of dressing.

Asian Stir-Fry and Salad Buffet*

A flavorful stir-fry of chicken breast meat and Asian vegetables with a pineapple-teriyaki glaze. Served with long-grain wild rice, Asian salad with sesame-lime dressing, grilled flatbread and fortune cookies

Baked Potato Bar

Large potatoes baked to perfection with an array of toppings, including diced Italian chicken, real bacon, chives, sour crème and butter. Served with a tossed salad with ranch and Italian dressings and grilled flatbread. Add premium toppings, such as hot chili, fresh broccoli, and/or hot cheese sauce, for 95¢ per person, per item.

Meat or Vegetable Lasagna*

Choose from hearty meat lasagna in a fresh-made red sauce or our knockout vegetable lasagna in a light parmesan cream sauce. Served with tossed salad, ranch and Italian dressings, fresh rolls and butter.

Mexican Fajitas*

Choice of spiced chicken or ground beef, served with warm flour tortillas seasoned yellow rice, beans, grilled peppers and onions, tortilla chips, Queso dip, taco sauce, fresh pico de gallo, sour crème, lettuce and cheese. Add a 12oz. cup of guacamole for $4.99.

Italian Chicken Parmesan and Baked Mostaccioli*

Breaded chicken breast topped with fresh marinara and shredded mozzarella, alongside backed mostaccioli in a red sauce. Served with fresh-made garlic bread rounds and tossed salad with dressings.

Caribbean Buffet*

Caribbean seasoned wings and drumettes served with Island-style backed mac-n-cheese, tossed salad with choice of dressing, beverages and dessert. Add fresh fruit salad with mangos for $1.70 per person.

All lunch buffets include fresh-brewed iced tea and lemonade (Coke and Diet Coke available upon request, dessert snack, servingware, utensils, plates, napkins, and cups.
